Q: What’s included in your packages?

A: All packages include photography/videography coverage, expert editing, and delivery of high-resolution files in an online gallery or downloadable format. Additional options, like albums, extra hours, or extended videos, can be added.

Q: Do you require a deposit to secure our date?

A: Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer to officially book your date, with the remaining balance due closer to your wedding day.

Q: Can we customize a package to fit our needs?

A: Absolutely! We understand every wedding is unique, so we’re happy to tailor packages to include additional hours, extra team members, or other requests.

Q: Do you offer engagement sessions?

A: Yes! Engagement sessions are included in some of our packages or can be booked separately. They’re a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and capture the excitement leading up to your wedding.

Q: Do you charge for travel?

A: Travel within the Lower Mainland, BC, is included in our packages. For weddings or elopements outside this area, we’ll provide a custom quote for travel and accommodations.

 

Q: What happens if it rains or the weather isn’t ideal?

A: We love working with natural light and can adapt to any conditions to ensure stunning photos. We’re also happy to work with you to reschedule engagement or pre-wedding sessions if needed.

Q: How many photos/videos will we receive?

A: For a typical 8-hour coverage, you can expect 500+ edited photos and a 5-8 minute highlight film. Longer video options can be added to your package if desired. Engagement or elopement sessions typically deliver 50+ edited images.

Q: What’s your turnaround time?

A: You’ll receive your final wedding gallery and/or film within 4-5 weeks. Engagement and elopement sessions are delivered within 2-3 weeks.

Q: Do you help with planning?

A: Yes! We’ll assist with creating a photography timeline, selecting locations, and offering tips to ensure your day runs smoothly.

Q: Can we share our photos/videos on social media?

A: Absolutely! We encourage you to share your moments with friends and family. We just ask for a tag or credit when you post.

Q: What equipment do you use?

A: We use professional-grade cameras, lenses, and lighting to ensure the highest quality for your photos and films. We also have backups of everything to keep your memories safe

A: Our style is a blend of photojournalism, cinematic storytelling, and an organic film-inspired look. We focus on capturing raw, authentic emotions and meaningful moments.

Q: What happens if you’re unable to make it to our wedding?

A: In the rare case of an emergency, we have a trusted network of professional photographers/videographers who will step in to ensure your day is captured.
